J5 Strategy, Plans & Policies Directorate
The mission of the J5 Directorate is to advise the commander on all matters relating to joint plans, policies and programs, geographic/political matters, and coordination of deliberate plans for subordinate units. The directorate coordinates with unified, specified, other joint headquarters, SHAPE, NSCC and ACE as required.
