Command Surgeon
The mission of the Command Surgeon is to advise the commander on all matters pertaining to technical oversight and conduct of medical planning for contingencies, emergency deployments, and humanitarian civic action programs. The command surgeon also ensures the appropriate medical programs and systems are provided to safeguard and enhance the health of SOCEUR and it's components.
